Diversity Award 2024
Solstice Arts Centre in association with Creative Ireland, is delighted to announce Mina Choi Tenison as the winner of the 2024 Diversity Award. This award was aimed at emerging, mid-career and established artists from a minority, ethnic and migrant background in order to provide an opportunity to progress existing work or to develop and create new work. The projects will allow Tenison to research, exchange, learn and create.
Mina Choi Tenison is a theatre-maker and writer of Korean-American background. She has been living in Ireland since 2014 and is now a proud Irish citizen. She has been presenting her pop-up theatre, House Plays, in Ireland since 2016. In addition to her theatre work, she is also a television and film screenwriter.
